Order & payment
As soon as you have placed your order, we will start working on your order. You will immediately receive an order confirmation. If you have not received this, please send an email, usually there has been a mistake in the email address. So if you send us an email, we immediately have your correct email address and we will see what is going on.
Modify your order
After placing your order, it is only possible to change your order by contacting us.
For example, if you want to add something to your order, we will send you a 2nd order confirmation without additional shipping costs and an invoice for the payment.
Cancel your order
If you want to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible so that we do not incur unnecessary costs. We will of course immediately refund your payment.
At QSS you can choose from the many well-known secure payment methods including; I-Deal, Paypal and credit cards like mastercard, visa and maestro. Also the used forms in your country like: Giropay, Sofortbanking, EPS, Ing Homepay, KBC, Belfius, Carte Bancaire, Dankworth, Nordea and CartaSi
Pay afterwards - Afterpay
It is also possible to pay afterwards via Afterpay this is olnly available for The Netherlands Belgium and Germany. You will receive an invoice from Afterpay a few days after placing your order. QSS is no longer a party in the payment and can therefore no longer help you.

Refused or failed payment
If you make a failed payment while ordering or you think it is, please contact us. You can also place your order again. If we see that the payment has been made twice for the same order, or that the order has been placed twice, we will contact you and we will immediately refund the money that has been payed to much. So don’t worry about placing it maybe twice.
