You have ordered a product with us and you want to return your order. This is very easy with our RMA module [RMA request]. You can apply for an RMA as a registered customer with an account or an unregistered customer. Without RMA request we cannot process your return and you pay the return costs yourself.
Conditions for a return of a product that, for example, does not fit
- the product is unused and undamaged;
- the product is in its original and undamaged packaging (*);
- it is not a custom-made product. An example of a custom-made product is a squash racket on which a new grip has been fitted or is restring has been done by QSS for you;
- you submit the RMA request within 30 days of receiving your order.
(*) We understand that a plastic bag for clothing usually does not stay that way. We will replace this on receiving.
Conditions for a return of a product that has a defect
It can happen that a squash racket breaks or that another defect occurs to a product in a short time. The conditions are then as follows:
- the product is in your possession and will probably have to return to QSS;
- if possible, include a photo of the damage + overall condition of the product. This can speed up the settlement.
I am a registered customer (with account) and I want to make an RMA request.
You log in to your account [LOGIN] go to your account and click on "My orders". Here you get an overview of all your orders and you can apply for an RMA for the desired product.
I am not a registered customer (without account) and I want to make an RMA request.
You go to the RMA application for unregistered customers [RMA REQUEST]. Here you enter your order number, last name and postcode / mail address and your order is searched by the system. You can then place the RMA request for the desired product.
Notice: For the above-mentioned RMA methods, you must comply with the above mentioned conditions.
How do I send my return to QSS?
After the processing by QSS of your RMA request you will receive a message from our system. In this message you will find all information about how to return your purchased product. In addition, you will also find a return label in the message that you can download, so that you can return your purchased product free of charge. If you do not use the return label from QSS, then the return costs are at your own expense.
Make sure the product is well packaged, preferably in the original packaging of your order. We therefore advise you to keep the original packaging well, especially when it comes to a squash racket. Afterwards it often turns out to be difficult to find a good packaging for this.
