For our squash shoe collection we select only shoes that are suitable for squash. We offer an extensive collection of squash shoes with the most innovative technologies with the right damping, ventilation and stability. Do not save on squash shoes, you only have one body and squash is much more fun if you can move around!
This is a question that we often get. We advise you to buy new squash shoes at least once a year. As a rule of thumb we adhere to: as often as you play per week, you need new squash shoes every year. If you play 2 to 3 times a week, we also recommend using several pairs at the same time, because then the glue and damping can dry and last longer. (3 times a week squash can be 2 pairs per year if you use 2 pairs at the same time). Good squash shoes are very important for maintaining your body and preventing unnecessary injuries. The squash court floor is hard and has a big impact on your body. By using squash shoes that are in good condition you prevent hip, knee and back complaints.
If you put on new squash shoes and think wauw what a difference, you were too late with getting new shoes.
We always advise you to check which sports shoes you have now. On the basis of this you can make a nice estimate of the size you need. Here are some tips for choosing the right size.
TIP: What often helps is to look at the number of centimeters. These are now almost indicated by every brand. With this you can often translate your size well.
Asics Size chart: Asics is always the same and if you have previously had Asics you can easily choose the same size. Asics produces at US size, so this is leading.
Mizuno Size chart: Mizuno falls normal. Mizuno produces on the basis of the UK size, so this is leading.
Eye Size chart: Eye squash shoes are small. We always advise you to choose a size bigger (you have Asics in 42.5, then you choose 43, you have Asics 44, then you choose 45)
Salming Size chart: In Salming squash shoes you must actually ignore the EUR size. Look at the centimeter size of your current squash shoes and choose that size of Salming. Do you have Adidas or Nike then you can choose the same size both Adidas and Salming produce as a European brand on the basis of centimeter.
